Indonesia Surf Report & Forecast

Indonesia is the dream surf trip for good reason: thousands of islands soaking up long-period Indian Ocean groundswell. The dry season, roughly April to October, brings consistent swell and south-east trade winds that blow offshore on Bali's Bukit Peninsula, home to Uluwatu and Padang Padang. G-Land in East Java and Desert Point on Lombok are long, hollow lefts, while Lance's Right in the Mentawai Islands is a world-famous right-hand barrel. Keramas, on Bali's east coast, comes into its own in the wet season.
